Angelia Dunbar was born and raised in Arkansas. After watching the TV show Dallas and hearing that everything is Bigger in Texas, she knew she needed to get there to do it big as well. All her life she knew she was created different and was designed to be on the fast track in life. When it came to her career, that was no exception.
Angelia is not only unique; she’s also trustworthy and loyal. She has proven that she strives to operate with the spirit of excellence. Having come from an entrepreneurial family and having family that works in residential and commercial real estate, she has always been around it. She was predestined to carry the torch that was passed to her. As fate would have it, she entered the Real Estate Industry full time in 2004 and hasn’t looked back. In 2005, she started her own Mortgage Company, Serenity Mortgage, and a year later at her client’s’ request, she became a Realtor. She now owns and operates Scott Dunbar Realty Group and Impact Mortgage.
Having two kids, Dezmond and Abrielle, who are following her path Angelia says when it comes to entrepreneurship, “I believe in leaving a legacy for my kids. The only way to do that is to grow their mindset and in return it will grow their assets. I lead by example.” Angelia is very active in her Church. She serves in the finance department and is also the Leader of “In the Black Community” a finance group. She teaches on budgeting, finance topics, credit and savings. Angelia’s real estate is extensive. Including but not limited to Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Commercial, New Construction, Pre-Existing, Custom Home Building, Residential and Commercial Development. Angelia states, “My experience is far greater than just working with a Buyer or Seller, it’s helping them to understand and gain better positioning and power during the process.”
“I enjoy being of service to my clients. I truly enjoy what I do. I know you can choose anyone, so I don’t take it likely when you choose me. I value ALL client relationships and I am ready to welcome you to the family!” – Angelia Dunbar
